Apple provides us with limited, anonymous diagnostic information about the app, only if you have chosen to share it with developers in your device settings.
This Privacy Policy describes how DuctPrint (the "app") handles information. The app is provided by Caravona Systems ("we," "us," or "our").
Information we collect
We do not collect any personal information through the app. DuctPrint does not ask you to create an account, sign in, or provide your name, email address, location, or any other personal details in order to use it.
The duct layouts, fittings, measurements, dimensions, and drawings you create are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to them, and they are not uploaded to us or to any third party by the app.
Diagnostics and analytics provided by Apple
Like all apps distributed through the App Store, DuctPrint runs within Apple's platform. If you have chosen to share diagnostics and usage information with app developers in your device settings, Apple may provide us with limited information such as:
- Crash logs and performance data, to help us find and fix problems in the app.
- Aggregated, anonymous usage and download statistics through Apple's App Analytics.
This information is collected and provided by Apple, not by the app itself. It is provided to us in a form that does not identify you personally, and we use it only to understand how the app is performing and to improve it. You control whether this sharing happens through your device's privacy settings, and Apple's handling of it is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Information we do not collect
To be clear, DuctPrint does not:
- Require or collect an account, email address, or password.
- Track your location.
- Upload or back up your drawings to our servers.
- Use third-party advertising or marketing trackers.
- Sell or share your personal information with anyone.
How your drawings are stored and backed up
Your layouts are saved on your device. If you have your device backup enabled (for example, iCloud Backup or a computer backup), your DuctPrint files may be included in that backup along with your other app data. That backup is controlled by you and by Apple's terms — not by us.
Children's privacy
DuctPrint is a professional tool intended for people working in the HVAC and sheet-metal trades. It is not directed to children, and because the app does not collect personal information, it does not knowingly collect any information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the app handles information, we will update this policy and revise the "Last updated" date above. If we ever make a change that would involve collecting personal information, we will describe it clearly here before it takes effect.
